Reviews and Ratings
We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, especially with the lovely Christmas party night. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the mass catering was surprisingly delicious. However, the afternoon tea experience was marred by a long wait for food, and the pizza we ordered was not worth the price. Overall, a nice spot for a festive getaway.
Our stay at the Bridgewood Manor was a mixed experience. While the staff provided exceptional service and the room was comfortable, we encountered noise disturbances due to a wedding party. The dining experience had its highs and lows, and the spa facilities were crowded at times. Overall, it's a well-run hotel, but I’d recommend considering timing for a more relaxing visit.
My recent stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. On one hand, the spa treatments were enjoyable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. On the other hand, the noise from events really affected the experience, making it hard to relax. Additionally, the room, while clean, could use some updates to feel more cozy. Overall, it was a mixed bag, but I wouldn't recommend it for a peaceful retreat.
My stay at the hotel was largely enjoyable, highlighted by its recently refurbished bar area that provided a relaxed atmosphere. The service was impressive, particularly from the restaurant staff who were attentive and knowledgeable. On the downside, the rooms seemed a bit tired, lacking some modern touches and amenities. Overall, the experience was great, but improvements in room quality would enhance the stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While I found the rooms to be comfortable and clean, the service at times left much to be desired. The restaurant staff were mostly attentive, though there were moments that felt a bit uncoordinated. The dining experience was overall decent, with some high points in the quality of food served. The location was not ideal, feeling somewhat secluded and a bit noisy at times. Overall, it provided a good value, but a few hiccups in service and location made it less than perfect.
